Bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical Engineering, Masters/MBA preferred 4-7 years’ sales experience in a technical selling environment - electrical or industrial products preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong technical aptitude, Knowledge of Electrical or Industrial products/industry Demonstrated ability to complete and deliver sales forecasts. diverse team and independent performer


Reporting to the Country General Manager, the RSM/KAM position interacts extensively with engineers, contractors, end users, distributors and cross-channel sales teams in the Central Punjab region. This position works Product Engineers and with Inside Sales team members assigned to the territory. 

  • Establish and maintain an ethical and professional relationship with all customers
  • Develop new accounts within all customer classifications
  • Develop and deliver sales forecasts for territory
  • Develop and maintain product specifications and drive preference for Nizam Energy Solar Solutions at end-users
  • Coordinate and conduct product training with our customers
  • Works with product managers to implement pricing decisions, product introduction and inventory decisions
  • Coordinate customer needs with the appropriate internal departments, such as credit, manufacturing, engineering, etc.
  • Participate in regional associations and trade shows (coordinate and set-up)
  • Work with all product/market channels to assist in the forecasting and selling of all products within the marketplace
  • Generate market intelligence, including customer needs and concerns
  • Assist in development of sales plans, operational plans, and strategic plans
  • Understand and communicate the competitive landscape in the territory and assist in establishing pricing in the territory
